How to set up mac Outlook 2011 to connect with Microsoft online exchange services (Office 365, outlook.com)
Open Outlook for Mac 2011.
On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
If this is the first account you’re creating in Outlook for Mac 2011, under Add an Account, click Exchange Account.
If you’ve previously created an email account for a different email address, in the lower-left corner of the Accounts dialog box, click + to add an account, and then click Exchange.
On the Enter your Exchange account information page, in the E-mail address box, type your full user ID, for example, someone@contoso.onmicrosoft.com.
In the Method box, make sure User Name and Password is selected.
In the User name box, type your full user ID again.
Type in the Password.
Make sure Configure automatically is selected, and then click Add Account.
After you click Add Account, Outlook will perform an online search to find your email server settings. In the dialog box that asks you if you want to allow the server to configure your settings, select the Always use my response for this server check box, and then click Allow. After the new account is created you’ll see the account in the left pane of the Accounts dialog box. Close the Accounts dialog box.
After the new account is created, you can view your mail by clicking the new account name in the navigation pane.

How to set iPhone, iPad, or iTouch to connect with Microsoft online exchange services (Office 365, outlook.com)
if this is the first email account on this iPhone, iPad or iTouch, tap Mail. Otherwise, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
Tap Microsoft Exchange.
Tap in the Email box and enter your full email address (for example, tony@contoso.com).
Tap in the Username box and enter your full email address again.
Tap in the Password box and enter your password.
Optionally, tap in the Description box and enter a short description for the account.
Tap Next on the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap in the Server box and enter your Exchange ActiveSync server name and then tap Next.

Sign in to your account using Outlook Web App.
After you sign in, click Options > See All Options > Account > My Account > Settings for POP, IMAP and SMTP access.
Use the setting shown under External POP setting or Internal POP setting to determine your Exchange ActiveSync server name.
Tap Next.
Choose the type of information you want to synchronise. By default, Mail, Calendar and Contacts are all turned on. To turn off synchronisation for a type of information, tap and slide the switch to OFF.
Tap Save.
If you’re prompted to create a new passcode, tap Continue and enter a numeric passcode. You’ll need to enter the passcode twice.
